Who these terms are for

“You” is the business that signs up for Lead Growth OS and the people on its team. “Your customers” are the people your business talks to through Lead Growth OS. These terms are between you and Lead Growth OS (leadgrowthos.com).

Using Lead Growth OS

Use Lead Growth OS only to contact people who agreed to hear from you or who contacted you first. Don’t use it for spam, for anything illegal, or to send content that is false, hateful or harmful. Keep your sign-in safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account. We may pause an account that puts others at risk — and we tell you why.

Text messages (SMS and WhatsApp)

What the texts are. Businesses using Lead Growth OS text their own customers about the customer’s enquiry, quotes, bookings and reminders, invoices and payments, and — only with separate consent — offers. Message frequency varies with each conversation.

Consent. A business may text a person who (1) agreed on the business’s form, chat or booking page, (2) texted the business first, or (3) called the business — the reply is about that call. Lead Growth OS records which of these applies to every text. Marketing texts need recorded consent. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.

Stop and help. Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any text to stop all texts from that business — it takes effect at once. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact the business directly. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your duties as a business. Text only within the consent above and within the hours the law allows where your customer lives (Lead Growth OS holds texts outside those hours). Don’t text about restricted content (for example cannabis, firearms, or debt collection without the required notices). In the US your texting must be registered with the carriers (A2P 10DLC) — Lead Growth OS submits it for you from Settings → Texting rules, and the details you give must be true.

Calls and call recording

If you turn on call recording, callers hear “this call may be recorded” before the call connects. Some places (for example California, Florida and several other US states, and many countries) require everyone on a call to agree to recording — the announcement is how Lead Growth OS tells them; you are responsible for using recording only where the law allows. Recordings, transcripts and call notes are kept with the lead and deleted with it. Emergency calls can’t be made from Lead Growth OS.

AI

Lead Growth OS uses AI to draft replies, answer website chat, summarise calls, write campaigns and — if you turn it on — answer the phone when nobody picks up. The AI says it is automated and never pretends to be a person. It answers from facts you approved in Settings → Knowledge and hands anything else to your team.

AI can be wrong. You decide what the AI may do alone, and within the limits you set those actions are your responsibility. Check prices, dates and promises — anything the AI isn’t sure of waits for a person.

Your data

Your records belong to you. You can export them at any time and close your business (see the privacy notice). We don’t sell your data or your customers’ data, and we don’t use it to train AI models.

Plans and billing

Plans renew each month (or year) until cancelled. Each plan includes a number of users, AI actions, texts, call minutes and phone numbers. When you reach a limit the app tells you, and you can buy extra texts or move to a bigger plan — nothing extra is charged unless you choose it. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, which adds the sales tax or VAT for your country. Phone numbers bought in the app are provided while you subscribe and are released when you give them back or your account closes. See the refund and cancellation policy.

Results

We do not promise more leads, bookings or revenue. Reports show what your records show.

Liability

Lead Growth OS is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it is never interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
