Privacy notice
Plain words about what we keep and why. Last updated 4 November 2026.
Two kinds of data
Businesses that use Lead Growth OS (account owners and their teams): we keep your name, email, sign-in and billing details to run your account. Their customers (people who contact a business): the business decides what to keep; we store and process it on the business’s behalf, only to provide the service to that business. If you are a customer of a business, ask that business first — it controls your data — or write to us and we’ll pass it on.
Text messages and your mobile number
A business keeps your mobile number to text you about your enquiry, bookings and invoices, and records how you agreed (the form or chat box you ticked, your own text, or your call) so it can prove it. Reply STOP to stop all texts from that business at once.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to anyone. The only companies that handle your number are the ones that carry the messages (listed below).
Calls and recordings
When a business turns on call recording, you hear “this call may be recorded” first. The recording, its transcript and AI notes are kept with your record at that business and deleted when the record is deleted. Hang up if you don’t want to be recorded — you can text the business instead.
AI
AI reads the conversation to draft replies, answer chat, summarise calls or answer the phone, and it always says it is automated. What is sent to the AI provider is used only to produce that answer — it is not used to train AI models. A person at the business can see and correct everything the AI did.
Who processes data for us
| Company | What for |
|---|---|
| Vercel | Runs the website and app |
| Supabase | Database — where records are stored |
| Twilio | Phone numbers, texts, calls and recordings |
| Meta (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram) | Those messages, when the business connects them |
| Resend | Sends email |
| Anthropic (Claude) | AI drafts, chat answers, call notes and the phone assistant |
| Deepgram | Turns call recordings into text (only when recording is on) |
| Dodo Payments | Our subscription billing (Merchant of Record) |
| Google, Microsoft | Calendars and mailboxes, only when the business signs in to connect them |
| Stripe, QuickBooks, Xero | Payment links and accounting, only when the business connects its own account |
Each uses the data only to do that job for us, under its data-processing terms. Data may be processed in the United States.
How long we keep it, and your rights
Records stay until the business deletes them or closes its account; a closed business is kept 30 days (so it can be reopened) and then deleted with its backups. You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data — businesses do this in Settings → Data; anyone else can write to privacy@leadgrowthos.com and we answer within 30 days. We never sell personal data.
The demo
Opening the demo creates a private copy of a fictional business for your browser. It contains no real people. Demo copies left unused are removed.
Contact form
When you write to us we keep your name, email and message so we can reply. We do not sell it or add you to a mailing list.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in and remember which business you opened; your browser stores your light or dark theme. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, connection keys are stored encrypted, important changes are logged, and two-step sign-in is available. See Security. If a breach ever affects your data, we tell you without delay.
