Access
Roles decide what each person can see and change: owner, manager, sales, operations and admin. Sensitive settings are limited to owners and admins.
AI actions
Every AI employee has allowed tools, a monthly budget and an autonomy level. Discounts, refunds, bulk messages and changes to important records always wait for a person. Every action records what happened, why, its cost and its result. Any AI employee can be paused at once.
Customer contact
Consent is stored per channel. Opt-outs apply everywhere and survive record merges. Quiet hours and weekly limits are checked before every message, and sequences stop when someone replies.
Your data
Each business has its own separate workspace. You can export your records at any time and ask for them to be deleted.
What we do not claim
