7-day money-back guarantee
If Lead Growth OS isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment and you get the full amount back — no questions asked.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in Settings → Billing. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. After the first 7 days, payments for a period that has started are not refunded.
Changing plans
Moving to a bigger plan takes effect straight away. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect from your next billing date.
Charges we never refund
Texts, call minutes and phone numbers come with your plan. An extra text pack is refunded in full if none of its texts were used; once some are used, the rest stay on your account (they never expire). Payment links you send your own customers go through your own Stripe account and are refunded there.
How refunds are paid
Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days. Taxes collected on the payment are refunded with it.
